Jaque ButlerThis is Jaque Butler.

After one knee replacement she heard about us and came to train before getting the other knee replaced. The MRI showed bone on bone and doctor said it must be replaced.

Now 5 years later she is pain free and never got the replacement done. The x-ray also now shows she has space between the bones.

That's what our training techniques will do if follow our program.

 

 





 Lanie Hearn

BootCamp style training can be beneficial but its only something done to kick start a person that is already experienced.

 Carol Lecklightner

This is Carol Lecklightner. When she came to us she walked flat footed due to severe Scolosis.

6 years later she can do an hour straight on the stepper, do 220Lbs. on leg extension and as you can tell do free standing squats with no assistance, she's no sissy.

One more note, she was also diagnosed with Osteoporosis which is thinning of the bones. Every 2 years for the past 6 years her bone density has gotten better when it was supposed to get worse.

 

 

 

Gail & JenniferThis is Gail Roberts being trained by Jennifer Chailtain.

Gail started with us 5 1/2 years ago when she ruptured her achellies tendon. Gail started an intense nutrition program for 3 months to heal her injury and with a vigorous workout program she is injury free for years now.

She has also learned how to combat anything that comes her way with a well rounded Spirit, Soul and Body to complete who she is. Jennifer the trainer is also an overcomer. Jennifer is a type 1 diabetic.

So what's your excuse? Why can't you lose weight?

Jennifer can eat what she wants but knows how to counteract the foods that raise her blood sugar to keep as fit as her, come ask her how she does it.
